WITNESSETN:
That for divers good and valuable considerations. and also in consideration of the aggregate sum named in
the promisory note of even date herewith. hereinaher described. the Mortgagor dces grant, bargain. aell, afien.
remise. release, and convey and confirm unto the Mortgagee. in fee simple. all of that certain tract of land of which
the Mortgagor is now seized and possessed and in actual possession, situate in County, Florida, described

21.12 feet, thence run South 37.76 feet, thence run Southeasterly

the improvements thereon and_all furniture, fixtures and equipment
contained ther n, replacements thereof and additions thereto.

by the Mortgagor, or intended so to be, unto the Mortgagee, in fee simple.
And the Mortgagor covenants with the Mortgagee, that the Mortgager has full power and lawful right to convey
said land in fee simple es afocesaid; that it shall be lewful for the Mortgagee at all times peaceably and quietly to enter
