~Jhereas Earl K. Hebb, A. Gordon Oliver and Richard A. Jacobs gave ~
a certain mortgage to Fanny t~'eber, also knawn as, Faye ~leber, dated
August lst, 197?2, filed August llth, 1972 in Official Records Book 205
page 340 of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, in the amount
of $22,720.00 encumberinR the followinR described property, to Wit:
Bloc~; C,D and E, of RUHLI~tAN'S SUBDI~~ISIO:d
according to the Plat thereof, as recorded
in Plat Book 9, at page S5 of the PubZic
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.

t~'hereas, said Nicholas E. Andro~aidas and Kalle Andromidas, his wife ;
are the present owners of the fee title to the property, encwabered by the
said mortgage set forth above; and ,

6lhereas, the *tortRaRors have requested to alter the terr.ts of said
Mortgage to provide for new dates upon whfch payrlents of principal and
interest are due;
Now therefore, in consideration of the mutual agreements herein
contained, it is hereby agreed as follows:
1. The principal balance of the obligation secured by the said mortgage
set forth above is the sum of $22,720.0~ as of the date hereof.

2. The prohtsions of the note representfng the obligations secured
by the mortgage set forth above are altered and araended to read
"the sun~ of T[JEYTY TWO TIiOUSAND SEVEV HUtJDRED TI~f:NTY DOLLARS
with interest from August llth, 1973 at the rate of (7X) per
annum, in three annual installments as follows: $7,573.33 on the
llth day of August, 1974 and a like sum on the carresponding day
of each like succeeding period thereafter until the whole be
fully paid." ~ ~

~ shall remain unchanged and in full force and effect
