~ and W. F. CARTER, M.D., case number 73-606;
2. Motion to add a party defendant, to-wit: W. F. CARTER,
M.D. to case number 72-457;
3. Motion to Continue.
~ The Court noting the Stipulation and Agreement of counsel

~ and being otherwise advised in the premises, it is

~ ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that
~ 1. The Moti~n to Consolidate is granted and case number

72-457 and 73-606 shall be consolidated and tried at one time.
2. The Motion to add a party Defendant to case number

72-457 is granted, and W. F. CARTER, M.D., defendant in case number
~ 73-606 is hereby added as a party defendant in case number 72-457

and that case shall henceforth be known as and captioned as
