This action was tried before the Court. On the ~
idence resented, it appears that plaintiff is the owner and
holder of the Florida Retail Instalment Contract entered into by
defendant and plaintiff's assignor on July 2, 1470 and received
in evidence as Exhibit 1. It further appears that detenaant ~
~
defaulted in the payments due under said contract, that the auto-
mobile which was the collateral under the contract was repossessed ?
and sold by plaintiff. It further appears that defendant was given ~

notice of said sale, that after said sale a deficiency balance

in plaintiff's favor arose and that plaintiff has her~in fuliy
complied with the provisions of Section 679.9-504 of the Florida
- i
Statutes and all other applicable law. ~

IT IS THEREUPON ADJUDGED that Plaintiff, r4iZD MOTOR
; CREDIT COMPANY, recover from Defendant, ROBERT V. SULLIVAN, the sum
of $2,350.93 with its costs in the sum of $38.50, for all of which
let execution issue forthwith. ~
