the former husband, in contempt of Court for not haoing aoaplied xith
the final decree of Dissolution of Marriaga, and upon sotion of the ~

child support entered. in this cause on December 11, 19?2, in that the

gespondent has failed to make regular payments of child eupport and ia ~
in arre~rs ~580.04 dellnquent support due the Petitioner. ~
