SUN BANK OF ST. LUCIE COUNTY, formerly ST. LUCIE COUNTY BANK, a Florida
banking corporation with Trust powers, as Executor under the Last Will
and Testament of ELISABETH ALKIRE BROGAN, Deceased, of the County of St.
Lucie, State of Florida, Grantor, and ANGELA M. BRANCA and ANNETTE B.
ALLISON, tenants in common, as to an undivided one-half (1/2) interest
each, whose post office address is 700 Boston Avenue, Fort Pierce, ~
Florida, 33450, of the County of St. Lucie, State of Florida, Grantees,
W I T N E S S E T H:
That said Grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of Ten
($10.00) Dollars, and other good and valuable considerations to said
Grantor in hand paid by said Grantees, the receipt whereof is hereby
