WARRANTY DEED

THIS INDENTURE, Made this day of August, 1973, between
I.~U ANN IQdiJTZEN, specific beneficiary under ITEM III, under the Last
Will and Testament of ELISABETH ALRIRE BROGAN, dated August 27, 1966,
joined by OWEN A. RNUTZEN, her husband, of the County of Douglas, State
of Nebraska, Grantors, and ANGELA M. BRANCA and ANNETTE B. ALLISON, tenants
in common, as to an undivided one-half (1/2? interest each, whose post

the County of St. Lucie, State of Florida, Grantees,

That said Grantors, for and in consideration of the sum of Ten
($10.00) Dollars, and other good and valuable considerations to said

Grantees' heirs and assigns forever, the following described land,
