the Court having give n full consideration to all the evidence, finds ;
and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and subject ~
matter of this suit; that the relation of hezsband aad wife now exists -

between the ga~ti~s; and that the marriage betw~een the parties is irre- ~
trievably broken and should be dissolved. It is thereupon '

ORDERED AND A~DJ[TDGED as follows: :

1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between FLOYD J. BORIlJG, ~

I3usband, and DESSIE M. BORING, Wife, be and the same is hereby dissolved,
and the parties and each of ~hem are hereby forever freed from the bonds
--of matrimony_here~fore existing_between _them and from the obligations
arising therefrom. .
2. CUSTODY. Custody of the three minor children of the parties
is hereby awarded to DESSIE M. BORING, Wife, with reasonable visitation
rights reserved to FLOYD J. BORING, Husband.
3. SUPPORT. Commencing the day of ,
1973, the Husband, F7,OYD J. BORING, shall pay to the ife, D~SSIE M.
BORING, the sum of Twenty Five Dollars ($25.00) each and every week for ;
the support of the minor children.
