estate of the above-named decedent and would respectfully sho:~
unto this Court the following:
1. That Phyllis A. Leahy departed this life on the
3rd day of January, 1971, while a resident of Kings County,
State of New York. That at the time of her death, she left an ~
estate exclusive of property exempt under the laws of the State ~
of Florida, consisting of personalty outside the State of ;
Florida, and real estate within the State of ~lorida, the
approximate value of which is less than Ten Thousand ($10,00~.00)
Dollars. -
