Book 203, Page 1332, m~rtgaged unto FIRST WISCONSIl~1 NATIONAL BANK OF MILWAUKEE and as-
eigna, mortgagee, the premises therein parCicularly described, to secure the payment of
the aum of 1wo Million 1wo Hundred Thousand Dollars ($2,200,000.00) with interest as
therein mentioned and:
WNEREAS, FORT PIERCE CONSTRUGTION CORPORATION, mortgagar, by Indenture of Mortgage
bearing date the 23rd day of May, A.D. 1973, and recorded in the office of the Clerk of
Circuit Court in and for the County of St. Lucie, State of Florida, in Official Records
Book 215, Pages 1307-1314 iaclusive, mortgaged unto FIRST WISCONSIN NATIONAL BANK and
assigns, mortgagee, the premises therein particularly described, to secure the payment
of the sum of One Hundred Eighty Thousaad ~o Hundred Dollars ($1$0,200.00) with inter- ;
est as therein mentioned:
AND WHEREAS, the said FORT PIERC~ CONSTRUCTION CORPORATION has requested the said

being part of said mortgaged premises, from the lien and operatioa of said Mortgages:
