bearing date the 30th day of May, A.D. 1972, and recorded in the office of the Clerk of
Circuit Court in and for the County of St. Lucie, State of Florida, in Official Records
Book 203, Page 1332, mortgaged unto FIRST WISCONSIId NATIONAL BANK OF MILWAUKEE and as-
signs, mortgagee, the premises ther~in particularly described, to secure the payment of -
