of counsel for a physical examination of the Plaintiff,
LULA MAE BROWN, and the Court having considered the stipulation ~
and being otherwise fully advised in the premises, it ?s, '

ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Plaintiff, LULA MAE BROWN, ~

submit to a physcial examination by Dr. Ronald S. Grober on
a day and hour to be obtained by the Defendants.

The results of the examination shall be reported to ~
E the Defendants' attorney in writing in a detailed manner t

; setting out his findings and conclusions. If requested by

~ Plaintiff, Defendants shall promptly furnish Plaintiff with
~ a copy of such report and Plaintiff shall thereupon or i

~ report or reports of examination relating to the same injuries

~ previously or thereafter made b any other physician. ;
