This cause came on for trial this date and the Court, having ~ ~

given full consideration to all the evidence, finds and determines: ~
This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and subject matter of fihis

suit; that the relation of husband and vaife now exists between the =
parties; and that the marriage between the parties is irretrievably -
broken and should be di.ssolved. It is thereupon ~
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
l. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between MELODY

the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds !

the Husband shall pay to the Wife the sum of Seventy-Five Dollars
