as Trustees aforesaid, bearing date the 17th day of May, 1973, recorded in O.
R. Book 214, page 1023, in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of St.
Lucie Cotinty, State of Florida, securing one certain note in the principal sum
of Five Thousand Three Hundred Twenty-five and no/100 ($5, 325. 00) Dollars, ~
and certain promises and obligations set forth in said mortgage deed, upon the z
property situate in said State and County described as follows, to-wit:
Lots.6 through 15, inclusive, Block 45, SAN LUCIE PLAZA,
UNIT 1, as per plat thereof r ecorded in Plat Book 5, page 57,

hereby acknowledge full payment and satisfaction of said note and mortgage
deed, and surrender the same as cancelled, and hereby direct the Clerk of
the said Circuit Court to c ancel the same of record.
