WHSREAS, Declarant, AQUA RABTsLLA, INC., a Florida corpora-
tion is the owner in fee simple of Lots 3 through 17, inclusive, ~

in WINDMILL VILLAGB BY T~ STA, UNIT 2, situate and being in the
Couaty of St. Lucie, State of Florida, accordiag to the plat there

of recorded in Plat Book 16, Page 31, St. Lucie County, Florida, 3
Public Records; and

WHSRRAS, Declarant is desirous of constructing upon each of '

the aforesaid lots, two (2) single family dwelling structures
connected by a common wall; and
WHSRSAS, each such building is designed to be occupied

solely by a single family living independently of -all others; and ;

AIAEREAS, each such building will share a common wall with

the adjacent building, and each such common wall will be located on
aa imaginary line, dividing each of the aforesaid lots into €
separate, distiact, and ~pproximately equaZ parcels; and

described common walls to be a party wall; and ~
WHEREAS, Declarant is further desirous of setting farth the ~
~ respective rights aad duties of the purchasers, including their
~ heirs, assigns, successors and graatees, of the above described
single family dwelling structures pertaining to said party walls;
