This cause coming on_for hearing upon the petition of JAMES P. "
LIPSCOMB and the parties having appeared vith counsel and the Court having I
heard the testimony of the parties, finds as follar~rs:
1. Zhat JAMES P. LIPSCOMB is found to be in Contempt of Court for
fa.ilure to make the payments provided for by the FYnal Juclgm~nt entered on
M~y 19, 1971.
2. Zhat the amount of arrearage through August 2~+, 1973 is ~947.~+9.
3. Zhat JAMES P. LIPSCOMB shall pay incressed support payments
increased to $22.00 per ~reek plus ~1.00 Clerk's fee, said patiyments sha11 be made
to the Clerk of this Court by cash, money order or cashier's check. The Clerk
shall prompt~y remit said p~yment to FIARA N. I,IPSOOMB. Both parties are
ordered to keep the Clerk advised of their mailing and residence addresses at

~ be entitled to visit with the minor child, SHONN PRPSTON LIPSC4MB, on the first ~ -

~ Weekend of each month beginning at 9:00 A.M. Saturday and ending 5~~ P•F~. Sund ,
~ at ~hich time the s aid child shall be returned to the mother, xhich visitation

5. Should JAMES P. LIPSCOMB fail to make said payments,. FLORA F.
~ LIPSCOMB or her attorney may file ~rith this Court an affidavit verif~ring same,

~ thereupon JAI~S P. LIPSCOMB shall be incarcerated ~rithout further notice.
