DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
This cause came on for trial the 13th day of September, 1973,
and the Court, having given fu11 consideration to all fihe evidence, ~
finds and determi.nes: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and
the subject matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and
wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriage between
the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is

1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between DONNA

~ BLANCHARD SARGENT and ROBERT CLAUDE SARGENT be and the same is hereby

; dissolved, and the parties-and eaeh-of them are hereby-forever freed

~ from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from ~

~ the obligations arisi.ng therefrom. ~

~ 2. CUSTODY. Custody of Darren James Sargent, age 6, and
~
~
Sherri Lynn Sargent, age 5, is hereby awarded to the Wife, DONNA
~
~
~ BLANCHARD SARGENT, with reasonable visitation rights reserved to the
~
~ Husband, ROBERT CLAUDE SARGENT.
~ ~
~ 3. SUPPORT. Commencing one week after the husband is released ~
~ ~
~ from St. Lucie County Jail, he shall pay to the Wife the sum of 1~venty ~

Each payment shall lie made to the Clerk of this Court and by . `
