DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
This cause came on for trial the day of September, 1973,
and the Court having given full consideration to a11 the evidence,
finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties
and subject matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and wife
now ixists between the parties; and that the marriage between the par- ~
ties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between CHARLES
WILSON, Husband,and DEBRA WILSON, Wife, be and the same is hereby dis-
solved, and the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from
the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the ,
obligations arising therefrom. '~'iK

2. FEES AND COSTS. The Court determines the sum of ~
to be reasonable for the wife's attorney for his services herein and
CHARLES WILSON, Husband, is ordered to pay said attorney said sum to-
gether with costs herein assessed at $ ! .
