O R D E R
This cause coming on to be heard on September 5, 1973 on
the Wife's Petition for temporary relief and the Court having
heard testimony of the respective parties and argument of counsel
and being fully advised in the premises, it is thereupon ~
~ ORDERED and ADJUDGTD:
1. That the care, custody and control of the minor child,
DARBY BRICE McD$RMID, be granted to the Wife, BARBARA M,. McDERMID,
granting unto the Husband, JOHN T. McDERMID, reasonable rights of
visitation with the child.

~ 2. That commencing Wednesday, September 5, 1973 and each

i week thereafter the Husband, JO~IN T. McDERMID, shall pay to the _

~ Wife, BARBARA M. McDERMID, for the support and maintenance of
~ the minor child the sum of Fifteen ($15.00) Dollars.

~ 3, Th~t the Wife, BARBARA M. McDERMID, and the minor child,
~ ~p~gg~,$~ shall have the ri ht to reside in the marital

dwelling jointly owned by the parties hereto located on the follawing
described real property in St. Lucie County, Florida, to-wit:

~ per plat thereof on file in Plat -

~ records of St. Lucie County, Florida

- and have the use and possession of the furniture and furnishings
