4. That the Husband, JOHN T. McDERMID, shall be responsible
for and shall pay all bills pertaining to the marital dwelling for
.-,.e Fe a.,.~ r-~,A m;.,~r ct,; ia exceot c~roceries. which payments shall _
include but not be limited to the mortgage monthly installment pay-
ment, the real property taxes, the insurance on the dwelling, the
utility bills except long distance telephone bills, yard maintenance,
necessary repairs and other costs pertaining to the well being of
the minor child hereinbefore named.
5. That Final Hearing in the above entitled cause shall be
stayed for a period of 90 days from the date of this Order to allow
the parties the opportunity to effect a reconciliation, however.
that the terms of this Order shall continue in full force and
effect during the said 90 day stay period.
