of Florida, party of the first part, and CHARLES B. LESSER and
~ 1915 Wyoming Ave., Fort Pierce, Florida
MARJORI$ R. LSSSER, his wife,/parties of the second part;
W I T N E S S 8 T H:
That if the said parties of the second part shall first
make the payment and perform the covenants hereinafter mentioned
on their part to be made and gerformed, the said party of the first
part hereby covenants and agrees to convey and assure to the said
party of the second part, their heirs, executors, administrators
or assigns, in fee simple, clear of all encumbrances whatever by
good and sufficient Warranty Deed the following described property
situated in St. Lucie County, Florida, to wit:
A Parcel~of land in the Southeast ~ of the South-
west 4 of Section 9, Township 35 South, Range 40
, East, more particularly described as follows:
~ Beginning 60 feet East of the Northwest corner of

~ West 150 feet to the Point of Beginning. Less and
