On this day personally appeared before me, the undersigned
authority, duly authorized to take oath, one FRANCIS J. GLEASON and
MARYLIN J. GLEASON, his wife, who, being by me first duly sworn, on
oath depose and say:
That y8ur affiar,t~ are the owners ~n fee simple of that certain
real estate, lying and being in St. Lucie County, State of Florida,
described as:
Lot 8, Block 43, of River Park Subdivision,
Unit 5 as per plat thereof recorded in Plat
Book 11, page 31, of the public records of ~
St. Lucie County, Florida. ~
That any and all work, labor, materials and supplies which have
been used, applied or furnished-upon the said property at any time
prior to this date, have been fully paid for and discharged: and that
there is no possible lien which may be filed against the saicl property
for work or labor or materials furnished thereon by anyone.
That t~e cost of all improvements and repairs to, and upon, the
said property has been paid in full by affiants unto all persons, firms
and corporations whatsoever. That,the foregoing described property is p
being soici by your af£ian~s this day unta purchasers named, to-wit:
