LUCIE COUNTY, FLORIDA l~~?7L' L4Vi % J~.Jt7V IN RE: The Marriage of PETER FRANCIS CARTER, Husband and PAULA BETH CARTER, Wife FINAL JUDGMENT DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE THIS CAUSE came on for trial the ~~ay of September, 1973 . and the Court, having given full consideration to all the evidence, finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and subject matter of this suit; that the relation of Husband and Wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is thereupon: ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: 1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between PETER FRANCIS CARTER and PAULA BETH CARTER be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties and each of theri are hereby forever freed from the bonds of mat~imony heretofore existing between them and from the obligations ~ arising therefrom. ~ ' 2. CUS~ODY. Custody o e~wo minor c i , ~ is hereby awarded to PAULA BETH CARTER with reasonable visitation F ' rights reserved to pETER FRANCIS CARTER ~ 3. SUPPORT. Commencing the day of September, 1973, PETER FRANCIS CARTER shall pay to PAULA BETH CARTER the sum of ~ ~ . each and every week for the support of the minor children of the parties hereto.
