THIS CAUSE having come on before me upon Plaintiffls Motion
for Appaintment of Guardian Ad Litem, Adrninistrator Ad Litem and Attor-
ney Ad Litem for the Defendants in this cause, and it appearing to the Court
that all of the Defendants have been duly and properly served constructively

by publication of Notice of Suit ~ and that none of tbe Defendai ts have filed
responsive pleadings or made any appearance within the time set forth in
the Notice of Suit, and that the Plaintiff is not able to determine whethe r
any of the named Defendants are in the military service of the United State s
of America or whether any of the Defendants are minors or otherwise incom-
petent, and it further appearing to tlri s Court that the appointment of a
Guardian Ad Litem, Administaator Ad Litem and Attorney Ad Litem is nec-
essary in this cause, it is therefore
