This cause having been presented to the Court for an
Order determining the right to the full compensation and
damages assessed by the jury in the above cause and it
appearing to the Court as to Parcel 115 owned by Causeway

and Mary J. Arnold, his wife, have previously been dismissed
by the order of this Court entered on May 22, 1972 and it

! appearing that all other defendants alleged to have an interest

~ in said parcel, namely, First Federal Savings & Loan Association

~ of Ft. Pierce and Dorothy L. R. 1KcCown and Robert W. McCown, Jr.
~ have waived any right to any part of said compensation and con-
sented to the dismissal from this cause by written waiver and

oonsent filed herein, and the Court being fully advised in the
J premises, it is thereupon
~ pRDERED AND AD~TUDGED that the defendants, First Federal
~ Savings ~ I,oan Association of Ft. Pierce and Dorothy L. K.

- McCown and Robert W. McCown, Jr. be and they are hereby dis-
