ORDER ~
This cause having been presented to the Court for an
Order determining the right to the full compensation and
damages assessed by the jury as to Parcel 112 owned by
Frank Tyrpekl, and it appearing to the Court that all lessees

served as defendants in said cause, namely, W. C. Campbell,
Ned Cutshaw, Ruby Cutshaw, Victor Grifield, Irene Lempicki

and Inez Weaver, ha`ve previously suffered a default herein
~ as evidenced by the Court's Order of April 3, 1973, and it

~ further appearing that the only other defendant served in
this cause with reference to Parcel 112, Nell B. Tyrpekl,
~ has answered disclaiming any interest in said property and
the Court being fully advised in the premises, it is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that Frank Tyrpekl, the owner of
~ Parcel 112, is entitled to the entire compensation and damages
~ assessed by the jury in the above cause.
