THIS INDENTURE WITNESSETH, That the Grantors, Francis J.
Roach and Adele A~ Roach, his wife, of Apartment 202, Buildinq 5,
Anglers Cov~e, Stuart, Martin County, Florida, for and in consid-
eration of Ten Dollars, and other good and valuable considerations
in hand paid, have granted, bargained and sold unto Security
Trust Company of Miami, Florida, as Trustee under the provisions
of a trust agreement dated the Z=- day of July, 1973,
between Francis Joseph Roach as sett_~~ and the trustee, and

any successor or successors in trust ~der the trust agreement,

PARCEL II: Tract 14 (Less the East 10 acres), Section 22, To~vnship
33 South,_Ran~e_ 3J East, according_to the last general plat of lands

records of St. Lucie County, Florida. A 11 of said lands now beino in
Indian River County, Florida.
