THIS INDENTURE WITNESSETH, That the Grantors, Francis J. `
Roach and Adele A. Roach, his wife, of Apartment 202, Building 5,
Anglers Cov~e, Stuart, Martin County, Florida, for and in consid-
eration of Ten Dollars, and other good and valuable consideratfons
in hand paid, have qranted, bargained and sold unto Security
Trust Company of Miami, Florida, as Trustee under the provisions
of a trust agreement dated the Z y day of July, 1973,

knawn as the Francis Joseph Roach Trust Aqreement, and unto
any successor or successors in trust under the trust agreement,
