or successors in trust under the trust agreement shall upon
appointment become fully vested with all the title, estate, proper-
ties. rights, powers, authorities, trusts, duties and obli.gations
of the Trustee.
If the title to any of the above lan3s is now or hereafter
reqistered, the Registrar of Titles is hereby directed not to
register or note in the certificate of title or duplicate thereof,
or memorial, the words "in trust," or "upon oondition," or "with
limitations," or words of similar import, in accordance with the
statute in such case made and provid~d.
And the qrantors hereby expressly waive and release any
and all right or benefit under and by virtue of any and all statutes
of the State of Florida, providinq for the exemption of homesteads
fro~n sale on execution or otheYwise.
This conveyance is also subject to easements, restrictions,
limitations and conditions of record if any now exist, but any
such interests that may have been terminated are not hereby re-
imposed, and subject also to applicable zoning ordinances and
taxes.
And the grantors do hereby fully warrant the title to said
land, and will defend the same against the lawful clai.ms of'all
persons whomsoever.-
