ASSIGPIl~IENT OF ARTICLES OF AGREEMENT
KNOW ALL MEN BY T~SS PRESENTS, That JOffi~T W. McDA1~TITLS and
JUDY A. McDAI~TITLS, his wife, Parties of the First Part, in
consideration of the sum of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other val-
uable considerations received from JOHI~NY CARDELL, a single
whose address is 209 DeAnna Lane, Ft. Pierce, Florida 33450
adult,/Party of the Second Part before the ensealing and delivery
of these presents, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, do
hereby grant, bargain, sell, assign, transfer and set over unto
the Party of the Second Part all right, title and interest of the
Parties of the First Part as purchaser under certain Article of
Agreement dated June 10, 1972 and recorded in O.R. Book 211, page
618, public records of St. Lucie County, Florida wherein MAJOR
EXCAVATING COMPANY, INC., a Florida corporation, was Seller under
said Article of Agreement, and JOffi~T W. McDAI~IELS and JUDY A.
McDANIELS, his wife, were Purchasers under said Article of Agree-
~ ment, pertaining to the following described parcel of land, lying

~ and being situate in St. Lucie County, Florida, to-wit:

~ Lot 5, Block 2, GREEN ACRES Unit III,
~ ~ as recorded in Plat Book 16, Page 28,
of the public records of St. Lucie
~ County, Florida
to have and to hold the same unto the said Party of the Second
Part, his heirs, successors and assigns and administrators forever,
it being specifically understood that the Party of the Second Part

will comply with all of the obligations of First Parties in and to
~ said Article of Agreement, and that all benefits of said Article
~
~ of Agreement inuring to said Parties of the First Part shall now
