ASSIGNMENT OF ARTICLE OF AGREEMENT
KNOW ALL MEN BY TI~SE PRESENTS, That JOHI~l W. McDAI3IELS and
JUDv A. McDAIJIELS, his wife, Parties of the First Part, in con-
sideration of the sum of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other valuable
considerations received from JOHNNY CARDELL, a single adult, whose
address is 209 DeAnna Lane, Ft. Pierce, Florida 33450
Party of the Second Part before the ensealing and delivery of
these presents, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, do

hereby grant, bargain, sell, assign, transfer and set over unto
the Party of the Second Part all right, title and interest of the
Parties of the First Part as purchaser under certain Article of
Agreement dated June 10, 1972 and recorded in O.R. Book 216
Page 1858 , public records of St. Lucie County, Florida wherein
MAJOR EXCAVATING COMPANY, INC., a Florida corporation, was Seller
under said Article of Agreement, and JOHN W. McDANIELS and JUDY A.

` ment, pertaining to the following described parcel of land, lying

~ and being situate in St. Lucie County, Florida, to-wit:

to have and to hold the same unto the said Party of the Second
Part, his heirs, successors and assigns and administrators forever,
