O R D E R
This cause coming on to be heard on September 12, 1973 at
9:00 a.m. on Motion for Order of Contempt and Notice of Hearing
and the Court being fully advised in the premises, it is therefore,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED:
1. The Court finds and determines that the Husband, ROBERT
GERALD MILLER, is in arrears in his payments to ~he law firm of
Willes, Bittan & Willes, counsel of record for the Wife, IiOETA
LYNNE MILLER, the sum of ~ao Hundred ~aenty-One ($221.00) Dollars
glus Fifteen ($15.00) Dollars Caurt costs for Sheriff's.services -
of the Notice of Hearing and a certified copy of this Order pur-

( suant to the Final Judgment entered in the above cause on June

~ 2. That the Husband, ROBERT GERALD MILLER, is hereby held
~ in contempt of this Court and sentenc~d to serve five (5) days
~
~ in the St. Lucie County jail, at Fort Pierce, Florida. That said
~
sentence is hereby suspended upon the condition that the said Hus-
~
~ band on or before October 31, 1973 shall pay to the said law firm
~ - - -
~ of Willes, Bittan & Willes, 201 South_2nd Street, Fort Pierce,
Florida the sum of Two Hundred Thirty-Six ($236.00) Dollars.

; 3. That upon failure of the Husband to make the said pay-
~
~ ment to the said law firm of Willes, Bittan & Willes above set ~
~
~ out then the attorney for the Wife may file with this Court an
