O R D E R
This cause came on to be heard on Plaintiff's Motion to Compel
Answers to Interrogatories, alleginq that Defendant refused to answer
certain interrogatories propounded to him on April 25, 1972. After
hearing argument of counsel, and after due consideration, it is the
conclusion of the Court that no reason appears to justify the Defendant
in refusing to answer the interrogatories propounded to him. It is
therefore
~ ORDERED, that Plaintiff's I~tion to Compel Answers to

i Interrogatories is granted, and the Defendant, CARY MURRELL, is hereby
~
~ directed to answer the interrogatories set forth within 10 days and
~ if Defzndant fails to answer as ordered then this Court shall strike
~ the Defendants' pleadings.
