THIS CAIISE came on to be heard upon the Motion to Tax
Costs and Assess Attorney's Fees filed by the Defendants,

GORDY, his wife, as to Parcel No. 106, and the Court having
considered said motion and being otherwise fully advised in the
premises, it is therefore
