ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Court finda and determines
the f~~;owing to be a reasonable expert witness fee for L. A,
O'LAUGHLIN and awards the swn of $100.00 and that this swn
should be paid to L. A. O'LAUGHLIN at Post Office Box 3405,
Fort Pierce, Florida. And it is further
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the above swns are hereby found
to be reasonable attorney's fees and costs and expert witness
_ fees for the representatiQn of_said Defendants_and the Clerk _
of this Court is hereby directed to pay forthwith, from the
sums on deposit in the Registry of this Court in connection
with the above-styled cause, the total sum hereinabove provided
to CARLTON, BRENNAN, McALILEY & HAYSRAR, Post Offi~e Box 3779,
Fort Pierce, Flarida 33450, as attorneys for said Defendants,
the same to be distributed by them in accordance with the awards
hereinabove made. In the event the sums on deposit in the Registry
of this Court are inadequate to pay the.awards hereinmade, then
the Petitioner is directed to deposit such additional sums as
are necessary within twenty (20) days from the date of this Order.
