ADMINISTRATOR'S DEED
THIS INDENTURE, executed this ~ day of July,
1973, between GEORGE F. GUETTLER, as Anci~ary Administrator
C. T. A. of the Estate of SUSAN GASPAR, deceased, party
of the first part, and JOSEPH J. SISCO and ANNA SISCO, his
wife, party of the second part, whose address is: 312 North
18th Court, Fort Pierce, Florida 33450;
WITNESSETH:
The party of the first part, pursuant to the order
--of -the Circuit Court of St.. Lucie _~ounty-, Florida, dated -
the dav of , 1973, and in consideration
of e premises and sum o$16,500.00, and other good
and valuable consideration in hand paid, grants, bargains,
sells, aliens, remises, releases, conveys and confirms to
the party of the second part, and to their heirs and assigns
forever, that certain real property situate in St. Lucie County,
Florida, more particularly described as follaws:
Lot 26 and the North 1/2 of Lot 27, Block 2,
AMY ANNA PARK SUBDIVISION, according to the
plat thereof on file in Plat Book 4, page 72,
of the public records of St. Lucie County,
Florida.
7.'OGETHER with all and singular the tenements, heredi-
taments and appurtenances belonging or in anywise appertain-
ing to that real property.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same to the party of the
second part, and to their heirs and assigns, in fee simple
f orever .
AND the party of the first part does covenant to and ~
with the party of the second part, their heirs and assigns,
~ that in all things preliminary to and in and about the sale ~
€ and this conveyance the orders of the above-named Court and ~1
~ the laws of the State of Florida have been followed and com- ~
~ plied with in all respects.
