1. Whenever GENERAL DEVELOPMENT CJRPORATION, its successors or assigns, shall notily
the undersigried in writjng at the address indicated below (or at such other address as may bo desig-
nated by ihe undersigned irom time to time) that the said premises c~e not in a reasonable state of
appecu~ce cmd repair consistent with the general appearance cmd state of repoir ot other properties
within ihe immediate vicinity, the undersigned agrees to accomplish the required repairs, maintenance, ~
etc., set iorth in scrid notice within 15 days after receipt oI same.
