and administer oaths personally appeared GENE WAITS and VERN ~ABCOCK to
me well knovn and who first being duly sWOrn deposes and says as follaras:

THAT due to a scrivener's error in that certain Deed
from Outdoor Resorts of America, Inc., dated July 26,
1971, and recorded in Official Records Book 196, page
840, of the Public Records bf St. Lucie County, Florida,
the name of GENE WAITS was erroneously spelled GENE WAITE
and the name VERN BABCOCK vas erroneously spelled VERN
BABCACK. This error Was made entirely by the person Wbo
made the Deed and GENE WAITS and VERN BABCOCK are the per-
sons Who purchased the property from Outdoor Resorts of
America, Inc., described in aforesaid Deed.
FURTHER AFFIANT SAYETH NOT.
