Before me, the undersiqned, a Notary Public in and for the
State of Florida at Large, personally appeared Nichoia~ x. Serris,

ration, who, beinq by me first duly sworn, deposes and says:
1. That General Development Corporation is the owner and
in possession of the real property in St. Lucie County, Florida,
described on Schedule A attached hereto and by this reference
made a part hereof (herein called "Property").
2. That for more than ninety (90) days prior to September 11,
1973, no improvements have been made on the Property and no
,.r~ material or labor has been furnished in connection with the

improvements located on the Property which haave not been fully
paid for, and that there are no unpaid mechanics' or material-
men's liens affecting the Property.
3. That there are no written or oral leases affecting the
Property, except the Cattle Grazing Lease bet~oreen John R. Norvell

~ 4. This affidavit is made for the purpose of evidencing
~ to Florida Power & Light Company that there are no unpaid
mechanics' or materialmen's liens affecting the Property, and
