In consideration of the payment to me/us by you of $1.00 and other good and valuable oonsideration which
Ilwe have received, I/we and those holding th~ough me/us, grant and give to you and your successors an easement
for the construction, operation and maintenance of electric utility facilities (including wires, poles, guys, cables,
conduits and appurtenant equipment) :o be installed from time to time; with the right to reconstruct, improve, add
to, change the size of or remove wch facilities or any of them; to permit the attachment of conduits, wires or
cables of any other Company or ~erson; also, to cut, vim and keep clear all trees, brush and undergrewth or other
obstructions that might endanger or interfere with said facilities, on, aver, upon, under, and across my/our pro-
perty desc~ ibed as follows: -
