Genttemen:
In consideration of the payment to me/us by you of $1.00 and other good and valuable consideration which
I/we have received, I/we and those holding through me/us, grant and give to you and your wccessors an easement
for the construction, operation and maintenance of electric utility facilities (including wires, poles, guys, cables,
conduits and appurtenant equipmerit) to be installed from time to time; with the right to reconstruct, improve, add
to, change the size of or remave wch facilities or any of them; to permit the attachment of conduits, wires or
cables of any ottier Company or person; also, to cut, trim and keep clear all trees, brush and undergrowth or other
obst~uctions that might endanger or interfere with said facilities, on, aver, upon, under, and across my/our pro-
perty described as follows:
The South 110 feet of the West 160 feet of Lot 7, VAN DUYN GARDENS,
as recorded in Deed Book 152, Page 419, Public Records of St. Lucie

Company agrees that there will only be one pole located within the
~ easement--the location of the pole is to be the Southeast corner--
~ unless it becomes necessary to install additional facilities to
~ provide service to the above described parcel of land.
~ Also by acceptance of this easement, Florida Power & Light Company
~ agrees there will be no tree removal without specific permission of
~ the Grantor . • -
