I/we have reoeived, I/we and those holding through me/us, grant and give to you and ,your wooessors an easement
for the c:onstruction, operation and maintenance of eiectric utility facilities (including wires, poles, guys, cables,
conduits and appurtenant e~;uipment) to be installed from time to time; with the right to reconstruct, improve, add
to, change the size of or remwe such facilities or any of them; to pernnit the attachment of conduits, wires or
cables of any other Company or person; also, to cut, Vim and keep clear all trees, brush and undergrowth or other
obstructians that might endange~ or interfere with said facilities, on, over, upon, under, and across my/our pro-
