Comes now William E. Sherman of Volusia County, Florida,
whose maiiing address is Post Office Ea~; 32°, DeLand, Florida, and
shows the court: .
l. That Robert t~felvin Short died on the 2nd day of
Angust, 1966 while a resident of 38 South Central Avenue, Ramsey,
New Jersey, in Bergen County of said state, leaving a Last Will and
Testament which your petitioner believes conforms to the laws of the
State of Florida as to form and manner of execution, and which has been ,
duly admitted to probate and record in the Surrogate's Court of
Bergen County, State of New Jersey, and a du2y authenticated copy
of the said F7i11 and probate proceedings had in that said State and
County have been filed with this court.
2. That the said decedent left property in the State of
Florida consisting of tw~o parcels of real property lying in St. Lucie ~
an~- a ' es ~ arn2-~~e-dese-~ipt~o~-~o~.~he s~al~n.,rop rt identified
as Parcel 1 in the petition heretofore filed by this petitioner contained '
a clerical error, which this petitioner now desires to correct to
read as follows:

8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, plus the North 35 1

in Block 12, Unit 2, I.IDIAN RIVER ESTATES, according to the
Plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 10, Page 46, of the Public
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida -
