ADMINISTR.ATRIX DEED '
This INDENTURE, executed this /3 ~~ay of ~!~ne 1973, between LILLIE MAE
HINE, as Administra.trix of the Estate of Lee Jones, deceased, Farty of the First
Fart, and WILLIAM A. THOMAS, as Trustee, Farty of the Second Part, who5e
address is 1902 Harbor Point Roa.d, Stuart, Florida 33494; W I T N E S S E T H:

The party of the first part, pursuant to the order of the County Judge's Court of
St. Lucie County, Florida, and in considera.tion of the premises and the sum of $10.00
and other good and va.luable consideration in r,and paid , grants, bargains, sells, re- -
mises, reieases, conveys and confirms to the party of the se cond pa.rt, his heirs and
assignes forever, the real property in St. Lucie County, Florida described as follows,
to-wit:
The North 100 feet of the South 150 feet of the West 325 feet of
Section 16, Township 34 South, Ra.nge 40 East

TOGETHER with all and singular the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances

AND the party of the first part does covenant to and with the pa.rty of the second
