KICLITER, individually and as Administratirix of the Estate of Walter Peterson, deceased, and VIDA PETERSON, widow of Walter Peterson, deceased, for the entry of a judgment, and it appearing to the Court that the parties were authorized to enter into such stipulation and consent to the entry ~ , _ _ - - - _ _ _ - - - ~ of a judgment based thereon, and the Court being fully advised in the t . ~ ~ premises; ~ ~ It is therefore, CONSIDERED, ORDERED and ADJUDGED as follows: r ~ 1. That the Defendants, ETf~L P. KICLITER, individually and as Administratirix of the Estate of Walter Peterson, deceased, and VIDA PETERSON, widow of Walter Peterson, deceased, do have and recover from ; the Plaintiffs the sum of $11,555.00 in full payment for the property ~ taken and any resulting damage to contiguous property. ~x - 2. That FEE, PARKER & FEE, the attorneys for said Defendants, ~ shall receive the sum of $722.75 as attorney's fees in this cause; ~ G_'i ~ that L. W.
