THIS CAUSE coming on this day to be heard upon Stipulation
filed jointly by the Plaintiffs and the Defendants, ETHEL P. KICLITER,
individually and as Administratirix of the Estate of Walter Peterson,
deceased, and VIDA PETERSON, widow of Walter Peterson, deceased, for
the entry of a judgment, and it appearing to the Court that the parties
were authorized to enter into such stipulation and consent to the entry

~ of a judgment based thereon, and the Court being fully advised in the

~ premises;

~ It is therefore, CONSIDERED, ORDERED and ADJUDGED as follows:

1. That the Defendants, ETf~L P. KICLITER, individually and as
Administratirix of the Estate of Walter Peterson, deceased, and VIDA
PETERSON, widow of Walter Peterson, deceased, do have and recover from
; the Plaintiffs the sum of $11,555.00 in full payment for the property
~ taken and any resulting damage to contiguous property.

2. That FEE, PARKER & FEE, the attorneys for said Defendants,
~ shall receive the sum of $722.75 as attorney's fees in this cause;

~ that L. W. HALBE, shall receive the sum of $492.50 as appraiser's
~
fees in this cause; that I~LLSTROM & ASSOCIATES shall receive the sum
~a
~
of $185.00 as engineer's fees and that COURT REPORTERS, INC. shall
~
~
receive the sum of $39.00 for transcripts in this cause.
