3. That the Clerk of this Court is hereby authorized and
directed to pay the sum of $11,555.00 to ETHEL P. I4ICLITER,
individually and as Administratrix of the Estate of Walter Peterson,
deceased, and VIDA PETERSON,widow of Walter Peterson,~deceased;
the sum of $722.75 to FEE, PARKER & FEE; the sum of $492.50 to
L. W. HALBE; the sum of $185.00 to HELLSTROM & ASSOCIATES and the
sum of $39.00 to COURT REPORTERS, INC.
4. That upon payment of the aforesaid sums by the Clerk of
this Court, the title to the following described property, to-wit:
That part of Lot H, Indian River Memorial Park,
according to the Plat as recorded in Plat Book 10 _
Page 36 in the Public Records of St. Lucie County,
Florida, and that part of North half of Lot 4,
Block 1 of Dittmars' Addition to Edgartown, according
to the Plat as recorded in Plat Book 1 at Page 161 of
the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, all
in Section 3, Township 35 South, Range 40 East, being
more particularly described as follows:
All of said North half of Lot 4 lying East of North
Second Street, and said Lot H excepting therefrom the ~
following described portions:
Commence at the Northeast.corner of said Lot H, thence
Westerly along the North line of said Lot H a distance
of 10.54 feet to the Point of Beginning; thence
I S 18°45'13" E a distance of 35.78 feet to a point on
~ a curve concave Northerly and having a tangent bearing
~ - - --of- 5-89°36'08" -W through-said- paint~-~hence-Wes~erly-__ _ -
; along said curve having a central angle of 27°27'30"
~ and a radius of 1855.86 feet through an angle of 04°36'25"
an arc distance of 149.22 feet; thence N 49°17'24" W a
~ distance of 71.04 feet to a point on North line of said
~ Lot 4 and said point being on the Easterly Right of Way
~ line of North Second Street; thence Easterly along the
North line of said Lot 4 to the Point of Beginning.

which vested in the Plaintiffs pursuant to the Order of Taking and
~ deposit of money heretofore made, is approved, ratified and confirmed.
