- FINAL JUDGMENT ON VERDICT FOR PLAINTIFF
This cause coming on this day for final ~udgment, and
it appearing to the Court that a~ury having been heretofore
impanelled and sworn, in accordance with law, and after
hearing the evidence, the arguments of counsel, and receiving
the charge of the Court, retired to consider their verdict,
and returning to the open Court, rer.~ered the following verdict:
"We, the Jury, find for the Plaintiff,
NORMAN W. GODDARD, and against the
Defendant, BENJAMIN P.~TUTHILL, and
assess the damages of the Plaintiff in
the sum of $2,903.50.
DATED this 31st day of July, 1973."

~ dated August 17, 1973.
