evidence and upon consideration the Court finds that the plaintiff xas a
resident of the State of Ohio for more than one year and vas a bona fide resi-
dent of this Stark County for more than ninetq days next before tbe f'~' ~ o~
the petition, and tbat the parties vere married as in the petition alleged and
