PARTIAL RELEASE OF MORTGAGE ~64~~s
IQdOW ALL MEN BY TI~SE PRESENTS , that :
WHEREAS, Gulf-Atlantic Investments of Fort Pierce, Inc.,
a Florida corporation, hereinafter referred to as "Mortgaqor",
by indentures of mortgaqe and by certain mortqage modifi-
cation agreements b~aring dates and recording data as follows:
(1) February 18, 1972, O.R. Book 199, page 2268;
(2) October 6, 1972, O.R. Book 207, page 65;
(3) October 6, 1972, O.R. Book 207, page 67;
~ (4) May' 11, 1973, O.R. Book 214, page 780,
said recording references being as to the public records of

Federal Savings and Loan Association of Fort Pierce, herein-
after referred to as "Mortgagee", the premises therein par-
ticularly described to secure the payment of $360,000 with
interest as therein mentioned; and
' WHEREAS the said mortgagor has requested the said mortgagee
to release the premises hereinafter described, being part of said
mortgaged premises, from the lien and operation of said mortgages
and mortgage modif ication aqreements;
NOW THEREFORE, KNOW YE, that the said mortgagee, in consi-
deration of the premises and of the sum of Ten Dollars ($10.00)
to it in hand paid by or on behalf of the said mortgagor at the
time of the execution hereof, the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged, does remise, release, quitclaim, exonerate and
discharge from the lien and operation of said mortgage unto the
said mortgagor, its successors and assigns, that certain por-
tion of the premises conveyed by said mortgage, more particularly
described as follows:
From the Northwest corner of the SW 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of
Section 15, Township 35 South, Range 40 East run thence

p South 16 37 23 West 44.95 feet; South 89 33 54 West 110.99
~ feet to a point on the said East right of way of Oleander -
~ Avenue; thence North 00°26'26" West 313.68 feet to the point of
~ beginning; all lying and being in St. Lucie County, Florida,
~ and containing 3.072 acres.

V~ TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same, with the appurtenances, unto
~ the said mortgagor, its successors and assigns forever, freed,
~ exonerated and discharged of and from the lien of said mortgage
and mortgage modif ication agreements, and every part thereof;

of the aforesaid mortgages or mortgage modification agreements
