The Petition of MAMIE CARTER and ESSIE MAE WINDBUSH, Eor an
Order of Administration Unnecessary on the Estate of MINNIE HENDERSON, -
Deceased, has come to the consideration of this Court, and it appearinq
to the Court that: ~
1. The true cash value of the Estate is $?,500.00;
2. All obliqations of the decedent have been paid and the
estate is not indebted; and
3. The~.averments of the Petition are true, no material facts
have been concealed and the es.:ate is fully entitled to an Order of
Administration Unnecessary;
It is therefore,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Estate of MINNIE HENDERSON is not
indebted, the aggregate value of the Estate does not exceed $7,500.00,
